Learn about upcoming local groundwater supply changes and how groundwater pumping caps will change landowners’ water management strategy. The Greater Kaweah GSA will be hosting a workshop in January to discuss pumping caps impacting landowners in the area.

The Greater Kaweah GSA Board is conducting two initial public events to provide landowners an opportunity to learn about the proposed pumping cap policy leading to a formal 90-day public comment period scheduled to conclude in April 2022. Landowners can prepare for a future pumping cap by getting involved now. Attend upcoming meetings, talk with staff and stakeholder committee and Board members, and sign up for e-updates (form to the right of this page). The Board is dedicated to navigating SGMA together as a local community, and we look forward to your input.
